The project comprises two very different interventions: in the backyard, a demolition and reconstruction operation is proposed for the built-up areas, a new ground floor construction is planned, in the main building, which faces Rua Marcos Portugal, is mainly for restoration and rehabilitation of the existing building, which has a certain architectural quality and heritage value. Therefore we proposes a ground floor construction, with landscaped roofs with a thickness of more than 1m of vegetable land, organized around two patios that allow direct sunlight and adequate ventilation, thus contributing to a very significant improvement of the environmental conditions of the entire street and the interior of the block.
